We are fully confident you will be pleased with our product and service.If you are unsatisfied with our products,pls contact us immediately.All items sent back to us must be in original condition i.e.not worn,altered or washed,with all tags attached.
We will exchange or refund your purchase within 7 days after you receive the shoes.Products must be unworn and in the same condition in which you received them.If expire the return date,we won't accept return goods.Or if the goods you received have any quality problem,pls e-mail us the pictures first (sales@usmanoloblahnik.com),then after we will handle your problem asap,and provide the return detial information to you soon!

1.a.If you wish to cancel your order,you can notify us by email first before we have dispatched the goods to you;
